一. The main component of acid-resistant bricks:
The main component of acid-resistant bricks is silica, which forms a large amount of mullite under high-temperature calcination. This is a substance with high acid resistance. Due to the compact structure of acid-resistant bricks and low water absorption, it can also be used at room temperature. Resistant to any concentration of alkaline media, but not resistant to high-temperature molten alkali. Acid-resistant bricks contain more than 70% silica and are sintered. They are mostly used in acid ditch, acid well, acid storage and acid storage in the chemical industry. The ground is impacted by a large amount of acid.
二.The Instructions for use
- General epoxy resin, acid-resistant mortar, acid-resistant cement paving, construction can be carried out according to the above-mentioned manufacturer’s product manual when paving;
- Clean the surface of concrete with oxalic acid to achieve acid-base neutralization;
- Industrial porcelain acid-resistant bricks, the width of the joints is about 8–10mm, and the depth of the joints should be equal to the brick thickness to prevent leakage;
- After the paving is completed, oxalic acid should be used to wash the surface to help it be firmer.
